Cancellation & Refund Policy

We accept cancelation within the considered conditions stated below:

• If the cancellation request was received by us before 24 hours of the selected delivery time slot. In such cases, 90% of the order value will be refunded to the bank account and 10% of the order value will be charged as cancellation price.
• If the cancellation request was received by us within 12-24 hours before the start of the selected delivery time slot. In such cases, 80% of the order value will be refunded to the bank account and 20% of the order value will be charged as cancellation price.
• If the cancellation request is received by us within 12 hours of the selected delivery time slot. No amount will be refunded in such a case.
• In case of unavailability of any product, delivery time or service your order can get canceled with email information sent to you.

Cancellation request will not be accepted if:

• Same-day order and delivery.
• Same day midnight delivery orders.

A refund in cases of cancelation is mentioned above. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the refund will not be provided in such a case. In case your order has been accepted and then you are informed about the cancellation of the order form our side then your entire amount will get a refund. Refunds are processed to your account within 4-7 working days.

Surprise orders

• In case you place a surprise order for anyone, make sure they (someone) are present there to receive it.
• In case of the absence of any recipient, the order shall be considered delivered and no second attempt will be made.
• In case the recipient denies receiving the order it shall be considered delivered and no refund will be provided for the same.
• When you are ordering and sending a cake for another person from our website make sure they know you and are available to receive it at the time of delivery.

General instructions

• All the prices are listed and mentioned in Indian currency and payment too will be accepted in the same.
• Once you agree to the terms and conditions and use services from our website MrCake can send you a promotional and transactional message on your registered mobile number and email id.
